Classvera records all private live sessions and private educational sessions conducted between a teacher and one student or between a teacher and multiple students. Recordings may include audio, video, screen content, chat messages, and attendance information.

Use of any private live service, and, in the case of minors, the consent of the parent or legal guardian, constitutes acceptance of such recording in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Recordings are used to provide replay access through the student's account, maintain quality and safety standards, train teachers, verify attendance, investigate complaints or policy breaches, and protect the legal rights of the Platform and its users.

Access to recordings shall be restricted to authorised users only, for the period specified for the relevant service and in accordance with the applicable data retention policy. In group classes, recordings may include the names, voices, or images of other authorised participants.

Neither the student nor the parent or legal guardian acquires any ownership rights in a recording. Recordings may not be downloaded, copied, screen-recorded, republished, distributed, or used outside the Platform without the Platform's prior written consent.

The Platform may restrict access to or delete recordings once the applicable access period has expired or where required for legal, privacy, security, or technical reasons. Such action shall not affect the educational service that has already been provided.

Users who do not consent to the recording of private live sessions should not book private live services. Recording forms an essential part of the operation, quality assurance, and safeguarding of those services. Where available, such users may instead choose recorded or other non-private live educational services.
