Promotions, Discount Codes and Instalment Payments

  1. Promotions, discounts, and promotional codes are subject to their published terms and validity periods and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
  2. The introduction of a subsequent promotional offer shall not affect the price previously paid by another user or create any entitlement to a price adjustment or refund of the difference.
  3. Where instalment payments are available, the amount and due date of each instalment shall be disclosed before the agreement is concluded. Access to the service may be suspended following appropriate notice if an instalment remains unpaid, without prejudice to any mandatory legal rights of the user.
  4. Promotional codes, vouchers, and service packages must not be sold or distributed outside authorised channels. The Platform does not guarantee the validity of codes or vouchers obtained from unofficial sources.
