• treat teachers, students, and Platform staff with courtesy and respect, and refrain from insults, discrimination, bullying, harassment, threats, or hate speech;
• use chats, forums, and question features solely for educational purposes and refrain from spam, advertising, unauthorised promotion, or posting unauthorised links;
• refrain from posting unlawful, offensive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content, or material that promotes violence, hatred, sectarianism, or racial discrimination;
• refrain from publishing another person's personal information, conversations, or images without a lawful basis and appropriate consent; and
• refrain from making false or defamatory statements about Classvera, its teachers, or its staff, without affecting the user's right to express legitimate criticism or submit complaints in good faith.
