Classvera is committed to maintaining a fair academic environment founded upon honesty, authenticity, and integrity.

The following conduct constitutes academic misconduct:

• cheating;
• plagiarism;
• impersonation;
• falsification of reports, signatures, or results;
• submitting another person's work as one's own;
• unauthorised collaboration;
• leaking examination questions; and
• circumventing academic controls or assessment procedures.

1. Artificial intelligence tools, machine translation, or automated answer-generation tools must not be used to produce assignments, assessments, or projects in a manner that breaches the instructions of the teacher or educational institution or conceals the true authorship of the work.
2. Where the use of AI or other assistive technologies is expressly permitted, students must disclose such use and cite it in accordance with the applicable instructions. Students remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their submitted work.
3. The Platform may use plagiarism detection software, similarity analysis, audit records, or verification interviews where appropriate. However, the result of an automated tool alone shall not constitute conclusive evidence without appropriate human review.
4. Any disciplinary action shall be proportionate and may include a warning, resubmission of work, cancellation of results, suspension of the account, or refusal to issue a certificate. Before any sanction is imposed, the Platform shall document the matter, notify the affected individual, and provide an opportunity to submit an explanation or appeal.
5. Where a service relates to a recognised awarding body or educational framework, including the British, American, or International Baccalaureate systems, the applicable academic integrity rules of that framework may also apply.
