Teachers and Teacher Replacement

  1. Teachers and instructors are selected by the Platform based upon availability, qualifications, and the nature of the relevant educational service.
  2. Whilst the Platform endeavours to ensure continuity of teaching staff, it reserves the right to replace a teacher where necessary due to illness, scheduling requirements, quality considerations, the expiry of contractual arrangements, or any other reasonable operational reason.
  3. The contractual relationship relating to bookings, payments, and access to services remains exclusively between the user and Classvera. Students must not engage or pay teachers directly as a result of introductions made through the Platform unless prior written approval has been obtained from Classvera.
  4. Personal opinions expressed by a teacher outside the scope of the approved educational content do not necessarily represent the views of the Platform.
