All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform, including its software, design, trade marks, educational materials, curriculum, organisation, databases, content, and recordings, are owned by or licensed to Classvera. The purchase of any service does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

1. Subject to these Terms, the Platform grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the purchased service solely for the duration of the applicable access period and exclusively for the user's own educational purposes.
2. Unless expressly permitted by the Platform, this licence does not include the right to:
   • copy or download content
   • publish, distribute, or publicly display content
   • sell or commercially exploit any content
   • use content for commercial training purposes
   • create derivative works
3. All intellectual property rights belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
