Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

| Platform | Classvera, including its website, applications, digital accounts, educational tools, services, and all related content. |
| Company | The legal entity that owns or operates the Platform, as identified in the Introduction. |
| User | Any person who visits the Platform, creates an account, or uses any service, including students, parents/legal guardians, and purchasers. |
| Student | The individual receiving the educational service, whether a minor or an adult. |
| Parent / Legal Guardian | A parent, guardian, custodian, or other legally authorised representative entitled to provide consent on behalf of a minor student. |
| Purchaser | The person who pays for a service for themselves or on behalf of a student under valid authorisation. |
| Account | The login credentials, user profile, and account records associated with a particular user. |
| Service | Any educational, training, or consultancy service, whether free of charge or paid, offered through the Platform. |
| Live Session | A real-time educational session between one teacher and one or more students conducted using a platform-approved communication tool. |
| Content | All text, videos, audio recordings, recordings, questions, examinations, files, designs, graphics, databases, data, and any other materials made available through the Platform. |
| Recording | Any audio recording, video recording, screen recording, chat log, attendance record, or other record relating to a live session. |
| Business Day | Any official working day in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, excluding official public holidays. |
