User Content

  1. Users retain ownership of any original content they upload to the Platform.
  2. By submitting content, users grant Classvera a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and use such content solely for the purposes of providing, maintaining, improving, securing, and administering the Platform.
  3. The Platform shall not use a student's work in advertising or promotional materials without obtaining separate permission where required by law.
  4. Users warrant that they possess all necessary rights to upload their content and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party.
