Maintenance and Updates

  1. The Platform may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance, updates, or upgrades to improve security, functionality, or performance.
  2. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance periods. Wherever reasonably practicable, advance notice shall be provided for planned maintenance.
  3. Updates may modify features, appearance, or technical functionality provided that the essential nature of the purchased service is not materially affected.
