Suspension and Termination

  1. The Platform may suspend or terminate access where a user:
    • materially breaches these Terms
    • engages in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity
    • infringes intellectual property rights
    • compromises the security or operation of the Platform
    • fails to pay applicable fees
  2. Where appropriate, the Platform shall provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before termination, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary for security, legal, or safeguarding reasons.
  3. Suspension or termination shall not affect any accrued rights or obligations existing before the suspension or termination takes effect.
  4. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, dispute resolution, and any other provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall continue in force.
