Eligibility, Minors, and Parental Consent
Any person accepting these Terms must have full legal capacity or be a parent or legal guardian duly authorised to provide consent on behalf of a minor student.
The parent or legal guardian confirms that they have authorised the student's registration, the purchase of services, the processing of the student's personal data as necessary for the provision of the services, and the recording of live sessions in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising the student's use of the Platform, attendance at scheduled classes, safe communications, the suitability of the services for the student's needs, and any purchases made through their account or payment method unless they promptly notify the Platform of any unauthorised use.
The Platform may request reasonable information or documentation to verify the identity, legal status, or consent of the parent or legal guardian and may suspend certain features until such verification has been completed.
A minor student may not establish an independent payment relationship or provide legal consent on behalf of a parent or legal guardian.
