1. The Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of opportunity, profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
2. The Platform shall not be responsible for interruptions resulting from internet failures, telecommunications issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
