Users agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Classvera, its directors, employees, contractors, teachers, and representatives against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

• breach of these Terms;
• unlawful use of the Platform;
• infringement of intellectual property rights; or
• violation of the rights of any third party.
