The Platform shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters;
• war;
• civil unrest;
• governmental action;
• epidemics or pandemics;
• cyberattacks;
• power failures;
• telecommunications failures;
• other force majeure events.

Performance shall resume as soon as reasonably practicable after the relevant event has ceased.
