Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
  2. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the courts of Amman, Jordan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
  3. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction conferred by applicable law.
