General Provisions

  1. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  2. Failure by the Platform to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
  3. Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without the Platform's prior written consent.
  4. These Terms, together with all referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.
