By creating an account, selecting the acceptance option, purchasing a service, or otherwise using the Platform, the user confirms that they have:

• read these Terms and Conditions;
• understood their contents;
• agreed to be legally bound by them; and
• where applicable, confirmed that they are the parent or legal guardian of the student and are authorised to provide the necessary consent on the student's behalf.

Electronic acceptance shall have the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
