Account Creation and Security
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and must not impersonate another person or create misleading or fraudulent accounts.
Accounts are personal to the registered user and may not be sold, transferred, lent, shared, or otherwise assigned. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and verification codes.
The Platform may apply reasonable limits on the number of authorised devices or simultaneous sessions and may employ technical measures to detect account sharing or unusual usage, provided that such measures do not unreasonably prevent legitimate users from accessing their accounts.
Users must notify the Platform immediately of any loss of login credentials, unauthorised access, or suspicious activity. The Platform may reset passwords or temporarily suspend access as a precautionary measure.
The Platform shall not be liable for any unauthorised use resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials, although it will take reasonable measures upon receiving notification of such incidents.
