Wherever reasonably practicable, each service shall be accompanied, prior to purchase, by a description of its content, objectives, intended audience, duration, price, period of access, and any applicable requirements.

A service may be limited by duration, the number of live sessions, attempts, viewings, a particular learning pathway, curriculum, or academic year.

The Platform may update or reorganise content, or replace a teacher or technical tool, provided that such changes do not materially diminish the essential nature of the purchased service.

Users must not rely upon information, promises, or prices communicated through unofficial channels unless they have been confirmed by the Platform in writing.
