The applicable fees, currency, and any taxes or other charges shall be displayed before the purchase is completed. Bank charges or foreign exchange conversion fees imposed by a bank or payment service provider shall be borne by the user unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payments must be made using the payment methods approved by the Platform. Payment card information may be processed by an external payment service provider, and the Platform will not normally retain the full payment card number or security code.

The user is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details and for authorising each transaction. The Platform shall not be responsible for errors attributable to the user's bank or card issuer, although it will provide reasonable assistance in tracing transactions based on the information available.

An electronic payment receipt and the transaction records maintained by the Platform or the payment service provider shall constitute prima facie evidence that the transaction has been completed.

Where reasonably practicable, users should contact the Platform before initiating a chargeback or bank dispute. This does not affect any statutory rights available to the user; however, fraudulent or malicious chargebacks may result in suspension of services and any other appropriate action.
