Access to a service shall commence upon activation or on the date specified in the relevant service description.

Access shall expire upon the expiry of the applicable access period or upon completion of the allocated number of classes or attempts. Access shall not be extended automatically because the user has not used the service, has failed an examination, or has chosen not to sit an examination.

No subscription shall renew automatically unless recurring renewal, its cost, the method of cancellation, and the renewal mechanism have been clearly disclosed beforehand and the user has provided explicit and verifiable consent.

A subscription may not be transferred to another user, course, or academic year unless the Platform has provided prior written approval or an express promotional offer permits such transfer.
