Students are responsible for joining private live sessions at the scheduled time using a suitable device, a stable internet connection, and a compatible web browser. Students should also complete any recommended technical checks before the session begins.

A student's late arrival shall not entitle them to an extension of the scheduled session time. No refund shall be available where the student fails to attend, arrives late, or is unable to participate for reasons attributable to them, including poor internet connectivity, device malfunction, or forgetting the scheduled session.

Rescheduling may be permitted where requested within the applicable notice period and within the permitted number of changes announced at the time of booking. If no right to reschedule has been published, the booked session shall be deemed final, although the Platform may grant exceptions on compassionate grounds at its discretion.

Where a teacher fails to attend, or a session cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the teacher or the Platform, the Platform shall offer, as appropriate, a rescheduled session, account credit, or a refund for the undelivered session.

The Platform may replace a teacher where necessary by providing another suitably qualified teacher. Such replacement shall not, of itself, give rise to a right to a refund unless it materially alters the nature of the purchased service or no reasonable replacement can be provided.

Students must participate under their real names and conduct themselves respectfully throughout the session. Moderators may intervene, mute participants, or remove any user whose behaviour threatens the safety of others or disrupts the learning environment.
